Tatjana Adams has been admitted to practice law since 1990. A graduate of the law school at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Tatjana came to Virginia after serving in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Army. She is fluent in German. Tatjana's prior practice as U.S. Army JAG Officer involved representing soldiers in criminal and disciplinary proceedings, as well as acting as legal counsel to the local commanding officer on a variety of legal questions.  She has been practicing in the commercial law sector in Virginia since 2003.  Her work includes providing solutions to business owners and corporate officers on a variety of legal matters including: business start-ups, acquisitions and mergers, employment law questions, contracts, commercial leases and real property acquisitions and sales.
